Codvoy currently offers two courses. Build Websites with AI takes you from zero through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — you build and publish real websites, using AI as a tool while understanding every line of code yourself. Full-Stack with Firebase goes further: user accounts, databases, and live data, ending with real portfolio apps. Everything you build is the kind of work freelance clients actually pay for.

No. Every course starts from absolute zero and assumes you have never written a line of code. Most students come from non-technical backgrounds — accounting, teaching, sales, hospitality. If you can use a laptop and follow instructions, you can do this.

Yes. Every course has free preview lessons — watch them, build along, and only pay when you're sure the course is right for you.

You can watch lessons and follow along on your phone, and many students do exactly that on the bus or during breaks. To write code comfortably you'll want a laptop for at least part of the week — any working laptop is enough; nothing expensive is required.

Lessons are currently taught in clear, simple English, written for people whose first language isn't English. The weekly live call is held in Amharic, so you can ask anything in the language you think in. Amharic versions of the courses are on the way.

Prices are in Ethiopian Birr, and you pay once per course — no subscription. You transfer the amount from your bank or mobile money (such as Telebirr or CBE), then submit the payment reference or a screenshot inside the app. We verify it manually and unlock your course — usually within a few hours.

For life. Once a course is unlocked it stays yours — every lesson and every future update, with no renewal fees and no timer.

All sales are final — we don't offer refunds once a course is unlocked. We'd rather say that plainly than hide it in fine print, and it's exactly why every course has free preview lessons: try the real lessons first, and only pay when you're sure.

Yes. Completing a course earns you a certificate with a public link anyone can verify. An honest note: freelance clients care far more about your portfolio than about any certificate — which is why the courses are built around real projects. The certificate is the bonus; the portfolio is the point.

Every course includes a live group call each week with Ephrem, held in Amharic. Bring your questions, get unstuck, and hear what other students are working through. It's the difference between a video library and actually being taught.
